FreezeFrame With Inhibox Serum for Wrinkles

Freezeframe serum

Women everywhere are always trying to turn back the hands of time, fighting the signs of ages with various potions and creams. For the brave or rich amongst us there are surgical options such as a facelift or botox. The latest product to help in this quest for youthfulness is FreezeFrame serum. This is a serum that contains some of the most advanced anti-aging ingredients available today providing an instant face lift. As well as the instant look it is meant to reduce the appearance of wrinkles by an average of 63.23% with most people seeing a 35% improvement in 28 days.

The two ingredients that are meant to make the difference are:

  • Inhibox which tightens, freezes and smooths wrinkles in five minutes with the effects lasting up to eight hours.
  • Snap-8 which is a powerful wrinkle relaxing antipeptide to relax skin tension and minimise  muscle movement.

I was sent some of this to try out and I must admit I was intrigued, although my first thought on viewing it was that it looked a little scary. The tube does have a rather syringe like look that makes you think of injections and plastic surgery, but in fact it is just a clever container for the serum. To get the serum out you have to twist the cap sideways, the picture shows the clever locking mechanism.

Before application you need to cleanse and rinse the area thoroughly. You then put a little bit of the serum onto your finger and apply it. The advice is to spread it gently over the area in one direction, without rubbing backwards and forwards. This is what the serum looks like:

You do not need to use very much at all. The instructions then advise that you avoid moving your face for 2-3 minutes until the Freezeframe has dried. This was the hardest part, have you ever tried not moving your face while thinking about not moving it? The more you think about it, the more you want to move it. While it dries you can feel a slight tightening sensation but it is not unpleasant and soon subsides.

I did not notice an instant miraculous change the first time I used it although the lines did seem a little bit reduced. When I went to apply foundation I found that it went flaky where I had applied the Freezeframe. When I looked at the directions I found that if the Freezeframe comes into contact with a product that contains oil this may occur. It advises you use mineral make up or oil free make up. The next time I applied it I decided I would make it part of my night time routine and apply it just before bed.  When I woke up my skin did look more refreshed and relaxed. I think I will continue to use this at night time and see if it makes a long term difference.

Freezeframe is available in Boots stores and Boots.com. RRP £49.00 for 50ml

  2. Great review! I’ve never heard of this but it certainly beats the idea of sticking needles in my head etc – the thought scares me enough to put me off! it seems a little pricey but looks like a little goes a long way. I’ll be interested to see if you notice any long term effects.
