Peel and chop the onions, garlic, potatoes and pumpkin.
Place some oil in a large pan and add the onions and garlic.
Gently cook the onions and garlic until soft.
Add the potatoes, pumpkin and stock and bring to a simmer.
Simmer until the potatoes and pumpkin are soft.
Use a blender to blend the mixture until it is smooth.
