Goats Cheese and Pancetta Bites

Ingredients

  • Vol-au-vont cases
  • Goats Cheese
  • Pancetta
  • Caramelised onion chutney
  • Cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C Gas Mark 4
  • Cook the vol-au-vont cases according to the directions or use ready made cases.
  • Add some goats cheese to each pastry case.
  • In a frying pan gently cook the pancetta until crispy.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes
  • Add some pancetta and chutney into each vol-au-vont case and top with a cherry tomato.
  • Heat in the oven for ten minutes until warmed though.
