Mix the flour and the spices together
Chop the sausage and pork into pieces and coat in the flour
Add some olive oil to a pan and warm.
Fry the sausage and pork until browned then set aside.
Chop the onion, potato, celery and carrots and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the sausage and pork back into the pan with the tomato purée.
Add the stock and simmer until the vegetables are soft, stirring frequently.
