Sage and onion stuffing
Homemade sage and onion stuffing is easy to make. It is a delicious accompaniment to a roast dinner.

Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F Gas Mark 6
Peel and chop the onion
Place the onion in a pan, cover with water and bring to the boil. Cook until soft.
Mix the onion, sage and breadcrumbs together.
In a pan melt the butter, add the onion sage and breadcrumbs and mix together
Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
Place in an ovenproof dish and cook in the oven for thirty minutes
Serve with a roast dinner and enjoy.
