Algerian Carrots

Ingredients

carrots

olive oil

clove
garlic

lemon juice

cumin

brown sugar

cinnamon
Instructions
Peel and chop the carrots and cook in boiling water until done.
Peel and crush the garlic clove
In a jug mix the oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Drain the carrots and cover in the oil mixture.
