Barbecue sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g Cirio passata
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g dark muscavado sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • juice ½ orange
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 g butter

Instructions

  • Peel and crush the garlic
  • Add to a pan with the other ingredients
  • Bring to the boil
  • Simmer for a couple of minutes until the sugar dissolves
