Ingredients
Bread rolls
250gcheddar cheese
½onion
1carrot
2tbspmayonnaise
salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
Grate the cheese into a bowl.
Peel the onion and carrot and grate these into a bowl with the cheese.
Add the mayonnaise and mix well
Season with salt and pepper
Butter the bread rolls and spoon the filling inside
Notes
Salad cream can be substituted instead of mayonnaise.
