Cheesy beans jacket potato topping

Ingredients

  • 1 McCain jacket potato
  • ½ tin baked beans
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp tumeric

Instructions

  • Pop the McCain jacket potato into the microwave
  • While it cooks warm the baked beans on the hob
  • Add the grated cheese and spices to the beans
  • Stir until the cheese melts
  • Top the baked potato with the bean mixture
