Chicken and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • black pepper
  • 120 ml white wine
  • 300 g shrimp
  • 200 g king prawns
  • 220 ml chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a pan.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and cook in the butter to brown them
  • Peel and chop the onion and garlic and add to the butter. Cook gently until soft.
  • Add the tomatoes, herbs, wine, paprika, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice and stock.
  • Bring to a simmer and allow to cook until the chicken is tender.
  • Mix the cornflour with water to form a paste and add to the pan to thicken the juice.
