Chilli kale popcorn
A savoury popcorn with crispy kale and a kick of chilli for a delicious snack

- Four handfuls of ready cooked popcorn
- Three handfuls of kale chopped
- ½ tsp seasalt
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp cooking oil
Preheat the oven to 190C Gas Mark 5
Place the chopped kale on a baking tray
Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle the chilli flakes and salt on top
Cook until crisp, around fifteen minutes
Powder the crispy kale with a food processor or pestle and mortar
Add the popcorn to a bowl and sprinkle over the kale, giving it a good shake to mix it up
