Chilli kale popcorn

A savoury popcorn with crispy kale and a kick of chilli for a delicious snack

Ingredients

  • Four handfuls of ready cooked popcorn
  • Three handfuls of kale chopped
  • ½ tsp seasalt
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp cooking oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190C Gas Mark 5
  • Place the chopped kale on a baking tray
  • Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle the chilli flakes and salt on top
  • Cook until crisp, around fifteen minutes
  • Powder the crispy kale with a food processor or pestle and mortar
  • Add the popcorn to a bowl and sprinkle over the kale, giving it a good shake to mix it up
