Preheat the oven to 200c, Gas Mark 6
Chop the chorizo into small pieces and chop the mushrooms in half
Place the cod fillets in an ovenproof dish
Add the olive oil to a pan
Add the mushrooms and chorizo and cook gently for a few minutes
Pour in the tomatoes and add the chilli powder and bring to the boil
Pour the sauce over the cod fillets
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
