Cranberry and White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cranberry and white chocolate chip cookies are gooey, delicious hand made cookies ideal for a gift or afternoon tea.

- 225 g butter
- 225 g caster sugar
- 170 g condensed milk
- 350 g self-raising flour
- 75 g dried cranberries
- 75 g white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180C, Gas Mark 4
Cream the butter, sugar and condensed milk together in a large bowl until pale and creamy
Mix in the flour, cranberries and white chocolate chips
Knead into a dough.
Take small handfuls of the dough and flatten. Place on baking trays lined with baking parchment, leaving room for the cookies to expand.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown on the edges
