Cranberry and White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cranberry and white chocolate chip cookies are gooey, delicious hand made cookies ideal for a gift or afternoon tea.

Ingredients

  • 225 g butter
  • 225 g caster sugar
  • 170 g condensed milk
  • 350 g self-raising flour
  • 75 g dried cranberries
  • 75 g white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C, Gas Mark 4
  • Cream the butter, sugar and condensed milk together in a large bowl until pale and creamy
  • Mix in the flour, cranberries and white chocolate chips
  • Knead into a dough.
  • Take small handfuls of the dough and flatten. Place on baking trays lined with baking parchment, leaving room for the cookies to expand.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown on the edges
