Easy homemade pizza recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g plain strong flour
  • pinch salt
  • 7 g sachet easy bake yeast
  • 175 ml warm water
  • cooking oil

Instructions

  • Add the flour to a bowl, make a hole in the centre then add the salt and the yeast.
  • Add the tepid water gradually, mixing and kneading to form a dough.
  • Spread some flour on a work surface and knead the dough, pulling out and stretching it.
  • Lightly oil the surface of a bowl and place the dough in it. Cover with cling film.
  • Leave to prove until it doubles in size, about 25 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200C.
  • Shape the dough until it is around 30cm round in shape and place on a baking tray.
  • Add the toppings.
  • Bake in the oven for around 8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
