Add the flour to a bowl, make a hole in the centre then add the salt and the yeast.
Add the tepid water gradually, mixing and kneading to form a dough.
Spread some flour on a work surface and knead the dough, pulling out and stretching it.
Lightly oil the surface of a bowl and place the dough in it. Cover with cling film.
Leave to prove until it doubles in size, about 25 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Shape the dough until it is around 30cm round in shape and place on a baking tray.
Add the toppings.
Bake in the oven for around 8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
