Hot Dog Hash
An easy and tasty hash that you can make with left over hot dogs, potatoes and onions.

- 2 hot dogs
- 1 large potato
- 1 onion
- Salt, black pepper and paprika for seasoning
Chop the hot dogs into small pieces
Peel and chop the onion and garlic into small chunks
Chop the potatoes into small cubes.
Add some oil to the pan and heat on a medium heat.
Add the potatoes to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally until brown on the outside and soft in the middle
Add the seasoning and the onions and garlic and cook until soft
Add the hot dogs and cook until warmed through
If you have left over cooked potatoes you can use these, they will take less time to cook.
Serve with a fried egg and ketchup.
