Iced coffee

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons Beanies coffee
  • Pint water
  • Evaporated milk

Instructions

  • Put three teaspoons of the coffee into a pint jug.
  • Add a little water and stir until it makes a smooth paste
  • Add more water gradually until a pint is reached
  • Chill in the fridge overnight
  • Pour into a tall glass filled with ice until three quarters full.
  • Add evaporated milk until the coffee is the colour you wish
