Jam Jar Cheese Cakes

Ingredients

  • Packet oat biscuits
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 6 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • jam
  • selected fruit for topping
  • To make chocolate cheesecake about six squares of chocolate melted.

Instructions

  • Bash the biscuits into crumbs and add to the bottom of the jam jar
  • In a bowl whisk together the cream cheese, vanilla essence, double cream and icing sugar until it is thick.
  • Add on top of the biscuit crumbs.
  • If you want chocolate cheese cake melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and then stir into the cheese cake mixture.
  • Add a spoonful of jam and top with fruit.
