Bash the biscuits into crumbs and add to the bottom of the jam jar

In a bowl whisk together the cream cheese, vanilla essence, double cream and icing sugar until it is thick.

Add on top of the biscuit crumbs.

If you want chocolate cheese cake melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and then stir into the cheese cake mixture.

Add a spoonful of jam and top with fruit.
