Peel and chop the onions and garlic
Place the onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, meat, sauces and salt and pepper into a food processor
Mix until well combined
Shape six burgers from the mixture and leave in the fridge to chill
Brush the burgers with the BBQ sauce from the sushi kebab recipe then barbecue along with the mushrooms, onion rings and peppers
Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi paste and spread on the burger buns
Stack the burgers on the buns with salad, onions, peppers and mushrooms
Serve with the sushi rice salad
