Plantain chips with ackee dip
A tasty dip for crisps or plaintain chips made using ackee
Servings: 10 people
- 1 pack plantain chips
- 1 can ackee
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 spring onions
- 1 -2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- a clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Peel and chop the garlic into small pieces
Chop the spring onions into slices
Purée the ackee until smooth
Add the other ingredients and mix
Serve with plantain chips
