Raspberry and banana overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 70 g oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 140 g raspberries
  • 175 g Greek yoghurt
  • 200 ml boiling water

Instructions

  • Tip the oats into a bowl and add the water. Stir well
  • Add the bananas and raspberries and mash together
  • Cover and put in the fridge overnight
  • In the morning layer the oats into bowls or jars with the yoghurt
