Quick and easy chicken teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp mirin white wine or dry sherry can be used instead
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Mix together the mirin and soy sauce
  • Chop the chicken into pieces
  • Marinade for ten minutes
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken
