Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
Deseed the pepper and chop into small pieces
Chop the celery into chunks
Heat some oil in a pan and add the onions, garlic, pepper and celery.
Cook for three minutes then add the sausages and cook until brown
Add the tins of tomato and the paprika, cumin and chilli
Cover the pan and cook for forty minutes.
Before serving drain the tin of beans and add to the pan.
Stir though and heat until they are warm.
