Spicy Rhubarb Vodka Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 80 ml rhubarb vodka
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 80 ml sweet chilli sauce

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the garlic into small pieces
  • Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade into a bowl
  • Chop the chicken into chunks and stir into the marinade
  • Leave to marinade in the fridge overnight
  • Heat some oil in a large pan
  • Add the chicken and marinade and cook slowly until the marinade is absorbed and the chicken is cooked
