Sticky chicken and sweet pototo tray bake

Ingredients

  • 150 ml tomato ketchup
  • 60 g dark brown sugar
  • 60 ml light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • about 12 mini chicken breast fillets
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 250 g frozen peppers
  • ½ bag McCain sweet potato fries
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • a sprinkle of lemon juice
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C
  • Whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger together in a jug. Coat the chicken in the sauce and place on a baking tray.
  • Peel and chop the garlic and onion and sprinkle on the baking tray.
  • Add the frozen peppers and the McCain sweet potato fries.
  • Sprinkle over the paprika, black pepper and a dash of lemon juice
  • Bake for around 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked
