Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C, Gas Mark 4
Sift the flour, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl and add the sugar
Add the butter, vanilla essence, sour cream and milk.
Beat until smooth
Fold in the strawberries
Add the mixture to cupcake cases
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden
Notes
The cakes can be iced if you wish but they are nice and sweet already
