Chop the herbs into small pieces and mix in a bowl with the flour and black pepper.
Cut the turkey into strips and coat each strip with the flour mixture
Peel and chop the onion into small pieces
Heat the butter in a non stick pan
Add the onion and sauté until soft
Add the turkey and brown each side for three to four minutes until cooked.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Add the lime juice, wine, cider vinegar, soy sauce, tobasco and capers to the pan
Cook for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens
Add the turkey back to the pan and warm though
