In a bowl beat the cream until thick

In another bowl mix the egg whites until they form peaks

Add half the sugar to the egg whites and mix until it dissolves.

Add the rest of the sugar and beat until the mixture looks glossy.

Fold in the cream and beat until thick

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water

Fold the chocolate into the mixture.

Chop the strawberries and add to the bottom of the mousse bowl.

Add some of the mousse, some more strawberries and some more mousse.

Decorate with strawberries or chocolate

Place in the fridge for an hour until set
