Ingredients

  • 1 measure gin
  • 3 apples
  • 1 lime
  • handful kale

Instructions

  • Core the apples and peel the lime
  • Add the apples, kale and lime to a juicer and make juice
  • Pour the gin into a glass
  • Add the juice and mix
  • Garnish with a slice of lime
