To make the pancakes
Mix together 250ml coconut milk, the flour, egg, salt and pandan aroma. If needed you can also add 100 ml water
Leave to settle for 15 minutes.
To make the filling
Heat up 100ml coconut milk, the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Stir until it the mixture goes brown
Stir in the coconut
In a frying pan heat some oil and make the pancakes until all the batter is used. You may need a spatula to spread them out. Flip halfway though cooking so both sides are cooked
Place 1 tbsp of filling on each pancake then roll them up
