The founders, Diana and Igor, come from a background in the fashion industry, Diana from the modelling side and Igor as a photographer. Recognising that the fashion industry puts pressure on women to have the perfect size, the brand was born. It is a handmade nightwear brand that offers an inclusive size range and a custom size option for any unique customer request.
The brand cares about its customers and wants them to feel comfortable and empowered when wearing their brand. They use models of all sizes, showing that anyone can wear their products. As well as sustainable nightwear, they make lingerie and a range of fabulous dresses. There is also a range designed specifically for men.

As well as caring about their customers IDENTITY LINGERIE is as sustainable as it can be. They source material in small batches to minimise waste. They source materials in small batches to prevent waste, making products on demand when they receive orders. Fabric remnants are repurposed into hair accessories, packing pouches, and buttons, and any leftover fabric is donated to Ukrainian charities. This fabric supports the production of linen and undergarments for hospitals
As well as making sure they reduce waste IDENTITY LINGERIE prides itself on creating timeless designs that will be in fashion forever.
IDentity Lingerie Review
I have been wearing a pair of dusty blue floral cotton matching pyjamas from IDENTITY LINGERIE and want to share my thoughts and impressions.
First Impressions
My pyjamas arrived in a small cardboard box with tape with a logo on it. There was no excess packaging as you would expect from a sustainable company. Inside, they enclose the item in paper, and when you unwrap it, you’ll find your chosen item inside a special bag. This is a unique touch which makes the clothes feel special.
I also love the little touches of a set of stickers designed to help you embrace your body and self-care, with a mention of their Saturday inspiration newsletter. If you join this you will get a weekly reminder to love yourself. There is also a little thank you card with an inspirational message. All things which let you know that the brand cares.
Personal Experience with IDENTITY LINGERIE
The pyjamas are comfortable as well as looking fabulous. The edges have a piping detail around them, there is a cute pocket and the collar is well-finished. They make me feel posh and I even felt comfortable having a cup of tea outside in the morning with them on. Bailey the cat seemed to agree they were comfortable as well!
They are also nice to sleep in, the cotton feels soft against your skin and stops you from overheating at night. They are a step up from my other pyjamas, which are functional but not something I would show in public!
Overall Thoughts
I love the ethos of IDENTIY LINGERIE, they have put a lot of thought into producing stunning clothing that will stand the test of time and not impact the environment. I also love the way they want people to embrace the shape they are and feel empowered to be themselves. The pyjamas are lovely and I will be wearing them for years to come.
